I never felt like any question I asked was dumb or ill informed. Charlie was one of the kindest and most professional people I have yet to. meet. Any time I had a question, no matter how minor, Charlie was there for me either by phone, text or email. Questions were addressed quickly. I didn’t feel as it I was pushed to a back burner or was a bother. He and his team were exemplary.

Another thing I very much appreciated was they were is constant contact keeping me informed of each step in the process. I was not caught off guard or surprised by a “Gotcha”.

“Charlie helped us navigate a very uncertain time as mortgage rates were rapidly increasing, coming from the lowest of all time. We experienced several lenders during this time, many of whom offered “closing credits” to entice us to go with them. Upon further inspection, most had either made up for this with additional APR, OR rate buy down costs that were passed on to us, leaving us with the same dollar amounts to close, but higher monthly payments for 30 years! Charlie was clear and concise with his write ups, and gave us the no bull answers we needed. In the long run, when compared to the other lenders who had rate buy-downs and “credits” (which were added back into APR on the loan) we ended up with lower amounts to close, and lower payments for the life of the loan through Charlie and his team. If you don’t like smoke and mirrors and appreciate a clear cost analysis of your loan, I would recommend going with Charlie Beagle and LeRoy Brown.”

“As first-time homebuyers, the entire home buying process can be daunting to say the least. With so many options around to help finance our future home, we didn’t really know how to choose our mortgage lender. Our final decision came down to the referrals our family and friends had given us. Even still, stepping into a process like this had us a bit cautious at first. When we first came into contact with Charlie, he was nothing but professional, friendly, and willing to help. Three key characteristics that help first time buyers like us feel some relief.
